BESPOKE CAKES CATERING FOR ANY OCCASION, ALL HOMEMADE USING FRESH LOCALLY SOURCED INGREDIENTS  
 
Growing up we were taught to bake. Nothing unusual, a Victoria Sandwich, a family adaptation of a Madeira cake, biscuits….Children came along and I became aware of what was available. The novelty cakes piqued my interest and after a few failed attempts I discovered a lovely friend had this enviable talent and I persuaded her to show me how it was done. I was hooked. And signed up for all sorts of cake decorating classes. I completed the PME certificates in cake decorating, Royal icing and sugar flowers. And achieved a Master’s certificate.
 
Using family and friends as guinea pigs, refining my skills and learning more techniques, I achieved the Level 2 certificate in Cake Decorating and finally took the plunge and started advertising my cakes. I cater for any occasion, weddings, christenings,, birthdays etc.
 
When ordering from me you have the opportunity to have a bespoke cake that you can even design yourself. I still continue to attend courses, learning new techniques and perfecting old ones. I also have a 5* hygiene rating from Bromley Council.
